We Want Your Home is a national lead generation and routing service. We help connect homeowners with potential buyers and/or service providers. We are not a real estate brokerage, do not provide legal/financial/tax advice, and do not guarantee offers or outcomes.
3. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to submit information about the property and to request contact regarding home-selling options.
4. Lead Submissions
You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not misleading. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship and does not obligate you to accept any offer.
5. Communications & SMS
By providing your contact details, you authorize us and our partners/providers to contact you regarding your request by phone, email, and/or text message, consistent with your selections. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Third-Party Partners
We may route your request to third parties (including investors, buyers, real estate professionals, or service providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, offers, communications, or conduct.
7. Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to We Want Your Home. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, We Want Your Home IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR COMMUNICATIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Want Your Home and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, unless otherwise required by law.
